Today was an awesome day. The first thing we did was our morning work which was about presidents since Presidents Day was Monday. It was pretty easy. Next was swimming! It was out first day for our new swimming unit in P.E. What we do is walk down to the Wichita Swim Club, change into our swim suits, then swim. It was kinda tiring but still really and I was glad that the water was warm since it was so cold and windy outside. After we swam we changed back into our clothes and went back to class.
When we got back we did centers which was really fun. We either did scrap booking, played on the Wii, edited our stories, set up voice thread, or took a picture of our five items. We ran out of time and didn't get to go to all of the stations because of band/study hall (I am in study hall). After band/study hall was lunch. My lunch was really good. After we ate, we went to recess. When recess was over we came back to class and did DOL. When we got finished with DOL we did math. I don't like power up but I like working out of the book and earning coupons. After math it was time to go to Spanish.
In Spanish we did a work sheet on me gusta and no me gusta which means I like and I don't like. After the worksheet we walked around the room with cards and went to a friend and asked them if they liked the thing that was on the card or if they didn't like it. Some of the words were kinda hard to say but it was still fun. When Spanish was over it was time to do agenda then pack up. When we were done with all of that we went down stairs and went to walkers and bikers, car line, or to rehearse for the play Seussical. School was very fun for me today.
